1. Agreement

By using the services of Zoura Labs Technologies, you agree to these Terms. These apply to all clients, projects, and communications.

2. Official Communication Policy

Only authorized representatives of Zoura Labs Technologies may communicate with clients.
Only authorized representatives of Zoura Labs Technologies may approve pricing, contracts, project scope, or official agreements.
Only official email, WhatsApp, or phone numbers are valid.

3. Project Structure

Project planning, approvals, and client communication are handled by authorized representatives. Execution is done by internal or contracted team members.

4. Scope Control

All work is strictly limited to the agreed scope. Additional features or changes will be treated as new work and billed separately.

5. Payments

Payments must be made only to official company accounts.
We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons.
Projects may be paused in case of delayed payments.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

7. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by client feedback, missing materials, or external factors are not the responsibility of Zoura Labs Technologies.

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All websites, software, designs, source code, user interfaces, branding, graphics, documentation, APIs, databases, animations, and digital assets created or provided by Zoura Labs Technologies remain protected intellectual property unless ownership transfer is explicitly agreed in writing.

Client ownership rights for final deliverables will be determined by the project agreement, completion of payments, and any written ownership transfer agreement.

No ownership rights, licenses, or permissions are granted beyond the agreed purpose unless confirmed through a written agreement.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential business, technical, or financial information shared during the project.

10. Portfolio & Promotional Use

With the client's prior permission, Zoura Labs Technologies may showcase completed projects, project screenshots, website links, descriptions, and general project details in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, and case studies.

Portfolio permission is optional. A client may decline this permission, and doing so will not affect the project price, delivery timeline, or quality of service.

11. Client Responsibilities

Provide required content on time
Give timely feedback and approvals
Ensure accuracy of provided information

12. Refund Policy

Payments made for completed work, reserved development time, completed milestones, or delivered services are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests will be reviewed individually at the discretion of Zoura Labs Technologies.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Completed or ongoing work must be paid for in full.

14. Liability

Zoura Labs Technologies is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruptions, or third-party service failures.

15. Misrepresentation

No individual is authorized to represent Zoura Labs Technologies without approval. Any false representation may result in legal action.

16. Demonstration Websites & Software Samples

Zoura Labs Technologies may provide demonstration websites, applications, prototypes, dashboards, templates, or software samples for portfolio, evaluation, testing, or presentation purposes.

Demo websites and sample projects may contain simulated data, placeholder features, or experimental functionality. They do not represent guaranteed production-ready services unless explicitly stated.

Zoura Labs Technologies reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or remove demonstration projects at any time without prior notice.

17. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

Copying, reproducing, or redistributing Zoura Labs Technologies' protected materials without authorization.
Extracting, copying, or reusing source code without permission.
Reverse engineering, modifying, or attempting to recreate our products.
Removing copyright notices, branding, or ownership information.
Using our designs, code, software, or assets beyond the agreed purpose or license.
Scraping, downloading, or collecting website content without authorization.

18. Website & Service Security

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, security testing, vulnerability exploitation, malware distribution, or any activity that may damage, disrupt, or compromise our websites, applications, or services.

19. Third-Party Services

Our websites and applications may use third-party services such as analytics providers, hosting providers, communication platforms, payment providers, APIs, or external tools.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Zoura Labs Technologies is not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of external services.

20. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to our websites and services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party failures may temporarily affect access.

21. Privacy Policy

The collection, use, storage, and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in that policy.
